Refund Policy

At CandyMustache, Inc., we value our customers and strive to provide high-quality digital assets. However, due to the nature of our products, all sales are final, with limited exceptions as outlined in this Refund Policy.
1. Refund Eligibility for Lifetime Deals
For users who purchased a Lifetime Deal, refunds may be requested under the following conditions:
Before April 1st, 2025: Customers may request a full refund for any reason, provided they have not downloaded any assets.
After April 1st, 2025: Customers have 7 days to request a refund, but only if they have not downloaded any assets.
Once an asset has been downloaded, refunds will not be granted, except in cases where the downloaded asset is defective and cannot be used as intended.
2. Refund Policy for Subscription & Individual Purchases
Refunds may be considered in the following cases:
✅ Defective Product: If a downloaded product is not working as described and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 7 days, a refund may be issued.
✅ Duplicate Purchase: If a user accidentally makes two identical purchases, we will refund the duplicate charge upon verification.
❌ No Refunds Will Be Issued For:
Downloaded Products: Once a user has downloaded an asset, the sale is final unless the product is defective.
User System Issues: If the issue is caused by the user's computer, software, or hardware incompatibility, we cannot provide a refund.
Change of Mind: Refunds will not be given simply because a user no longer wants the product.
Misunderstanding of Product Features: It is the user’s responsibility to review product details before purchasing.
Lifetime Deals After Eligibility Period: Once the refund window for Lifetime Deals has closed, no refunds will be granted under any circumstances.
3. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you qualify for a refund, follow these steps:
Send an email to support@candymustache.com with the subject line: Refund Request – [Your Order Number].
Provide the reason for your refund request, along with any supporting evidence (e.g., screenshots, error messages).
Our team will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
If your refund is approved, we will process the refund using the original payment method within 15 days.
4. Chargebacks & Disputes
If a customer initiates a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting our support team first, their account may be permanently suspended, and access to all products will be revoked.
5. Policy Updates
CandyMustache, Inc. reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website.
